Well, with Key of the Xabeldi successfully submitted to the writing contest (a feat that had me inadvertently self-publish the thing- details about purchasing it coming soon!) I am experiencing the mindset I refer to as post-creative syndrome. The muse is relishing in her accomplishments, so she's not as responsive to the want to write as before. This is fine, since it gives me the time to play games to recharge my batteries. I bought Crisis Core last night (entirely conducive to what I'll be working on next, whee!) and prepared to be pleasantly distracted.

What I was not expecting to react the way I did that first time you see Sephiroth in Wutai. It's like my fangirl came raging to the surface and I was literally left speechless during that scene. I don't really remember what they were talking about in it either. I was like, 'Bwhahwhgeriueruygerjbhrekjer Sephiroth XD' OMG I'm so amazingly lame. Just reminds me of my ecstatic reaction when you first see him in Advent Children too. So yeah...that goddamn character will always have an effect on me- but in a GOOD way.
